How Do I order a Custom made head cover?

I offer a completely personalised experience, helping you to visualise your ideas and turn them into the perfect golf club headcover – whether it is a gift for the golfer in your life or for yourself.

As the customer you will be involved in the project from the very beginning to the completed piece.

Please start by contacting me via the CONTACT PAGE with photos of the model (for portraits headcovers) and your requirements. Once I have received this information, we can discuss the design, price and deadline of the project

Place your order:
                       Option 1 : Purchase the Deposit for a custom order, the balance will be due upon approval of the final product

                       Option 2: Purchase one of the sample products  PET PORTRAIT headcover or Caricature PORTRAIT headcover (an additional charge may become payable if the request is   more complicated than the sample model)


What photos should I select?

For the best results please e-mail me good quality photographs of the model in high resolution. Several photographs are really helpful. As I am creating a 3D product based on your photos, I need to see the model from as many points of view as possible, at least a front and full profile view. For Pets please send pictures from the both sides of their head.  In order for me to see the most detail I will need a close up (face / eyes).

 If you are purchasing a Surprise Gift I understand how difficult is to obtain good photos of a person or pet especially when planning a surprise, if this is the case please  send me any available photographs with a good description and I will see what I can do for you

My Working process
•    Each commission / order is a one–of-a-kind creation
•    Once your order has been placed and all photographs received, I will start making sketches. I will work from your photographs, will study them and create sketches based on them so please send good quality pictures  
•    I will e-mail you the sketch, for your comments and approval
•    I will source the materials
•    The making can commence
•    When  the Golf  club Hardcover is ready I will e-mail you pictures for approval
•    Once you are happy and the final product and payment is confirmed I will post your headcover

How much time does it take to create custom made headcover ?

This is a difficult question to answer, as every commission is one-of a-kind and time may vary.
Once I start your order, it usually takes  2-5 days from the initial sketch to the final product to complete a Custom made Golf headcover .
However the actual time depends on:

•    Communication with the customer, I need their approval at different stages of the project.
•    Your position in the queue and how many orders I have to process (please ask for priority slot if your deadline is short)
•    The complexity of the project
•    Fabric availability

 
Please order well in advance for Holidays such as Christmas, Father’s day , Mother’s day
 

How to Personalise the Readymade headcovers ?

A name or an initial can be applied to most of my Readymade Golf Headcovers personalising them for you at a small or no charge.  Please e-mail me the details of the letters required after purchasing the product
